Very close proximity to the Raceway, because I needed this for my stay. I wanted to ride my mountain bike in the area, but did not know where to ride. Staff at the motel had good advice as to where to ride, including access to cycleways to get to the city.

Spent two nights here ahead of our trip and the experience excelled our expectations. It's a good location as a base also close to Westfield shopping mall where there is an excellent supermarket. Our accommodation was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The new owner who has been in situ for nearly 4 weeks is helpful, positive and clearly wanting to make a difference. If we come again to Christchurch, I'd not be looking elsewhere and would come back without any hesitation.

I have stayed here numerous times and the standard is consistent. The rooms are very clean, the linens/towels are high spec and the welcome is always very friendly and helpful with efficient check in. The location is handy but it can get a bit noisy at times (Lincoln Road) although there is some double glazing. There are some 'charge back' eateries nearby too.
